WWE Officials Hopeful of Daniel Bryan Return After AEW Stint Ends

Daniel Bryan is currently working with AEW. Bryan shocked the world as he joined AEW back in September. No matter which wrestling promotion he is with now, Daniel Bryan will always be a crowd favorite in WWE.
Sources within WWE also noted since Daniel Bryan left WWE “on very good terms”, there will always be a possibility of him returning to WWE in the future.

Fightful Select reported several backstage notes on the former WWE superstar’s final moments in WWE. According to the report, Bryan’s addition to the main event match at WrestleMania 37 was a last-minute call.
However, that match was not Bryan’s last match. In his last match, Bryan fought Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown on 30th April. They heavily praised him backstage for making his last match look “as good as possible”.
It was even reported by another source that Daniel Bryan handled things so well that many people didn’t think he was actually leaving WWE. Well, it certainly was a heartbreak for the WWE universe to see such a great performer leave WWE.

Daniel Bryan thanked everyone in WWE before making his in-ring AEW debut
Daniel Bryan broke the hearts of all WWE fans when he made the switch to AEW. But unlike many other superstars, his release from WWE was on good terms. This was evident from the emotional letter penned down by the former WWE superstar.

Before making his in-ring debut at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam in September, Bryan thanked all the WWE superstars who have been a part of his journey in WWE through his emotional farewell letter. Not only the superstars, but Bryan also appreciated the WWE crew.

He thanked the talent relations, the production team, the cameramen and the people in catering, and all the others involved backstage. Daniel Bryan also threw light on his relationship with Vince McMahon and thanked him for everything.

Lastly, Bryan didn’t forget to thank the WWE universe for pushing his career to new heights. Bryan was truly one of the most loved WWE superstars. But the WWE fans will now only hope and wish that he makes a return to WWE after his contract expires with AEW.
