WWE Once Mocked James Harden on Live TV After Houston Rockets Crashed Out of NBA Playoffs

James Harden is one of the best shooting guards in the NBA. He is currently a part of the Philadelphia 76ers basketball team. Prior to joining the 76ers, Harden played for the Houston Rockets.

In 2018, Harden and the Houston Rockets got eliminated from the NBA playoffs.

After the Houston Rockets’ elimination from the NBA playoffs, a Houston-based professional wrestler having the ring name, James Harden, appeared on WWE Raw.

He competed in a match against Curt Hawkins at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

Before the match began, Curt Hawkins asked his opponent to reveal his name. And the Houston-based individual named himself James Harden.

Following this match, WWE also noted on its official website, “The Houston Rockets may be eliminated from the NBA playoffs, but James Harden — or at least a Houston local named James Harden — still scored a win.”

Who is WWE’s, James Harden?

During his only match in WWE, Will Lockhart took the ring name of James Harden. Apart from WWE, he also appeared in AEW and Impact Wrestling.

Apart from this ring name, Lockhart also had ring names like Will Allday and March.

How did Will Lockhart defeat Curt Hawkins on WWE Raw?

During his WWE career, Curt Hawkins had a losing streak storyline. And Will Lockhart became a part of this storyline.

Will Lockhart handed Curt Hawkins his 200th loss (in storyline). But Baron Corbin (now known as Happy Corbin) had a major role in Hawkins’ loss.

The attack on Lockhart led to a Disqualification loss for Curt Hawkins. Thus, Will Lockhart became the person to hand Curt Hawkins his 200th loss in his losing streak storyline in WWE.
