Kurt Angle gives an update on his in-ring return

It has been a long time since Kurt Angle wrestled. However, his return for the Royal Rumble PPV may not feature his in-ring return.

In a recent episode of Kurt Angle Show, a fan questioned Angle about a dream match between Gable Stevenson and Kurt Angle. However, Angle revealed he may not wrestle again.

He said, “Being out of wrestling the past few years, especially during the pandemic, I had a lot of physical problems.”

“A lot of problems I had from not doing anything, not working out as much as I did, sitting all the time, nothing to do, being stuck at home. I started to have a lot of back pain and knee pain and it got to the point to where I was like I probably won’t wrestle again.” [H/T Wrestling Inc]
