The current WWE Champion, Lashley, faced Sheamus in a non-title match, while Drew McIntyre was present ringside.

In the fairly entertaining match, ‘The Almighty’ put in everything he had to ensure he dominated till the very end. In fact, the referee had to interfere after Lashley cornered Sheamus and rained down heavy Blows upon the Celtic Warrior.

However, Sheamus turned the tables after kicking out of the corner and putting Lashley there instead.

Soon afterwards, Lashley broke out and started unloading a series of jabs on Sheamus. Unfortunately for Lashley, Sheamus knew how to make a comeback and started attacking the knee to make sure Lashley stayed down.

Taking it further, Lashley put Sheamus over the top rope to where McIntyre was sitting and sent him into the ring post. However, Sheamus had a lot of fight left in him at this point, and he kept overpowering Bobby Lashley.

Finally, Bobby Lashley took Sheamus to the top for a superplex. After this, he was waiting for Sheamus to get up, and when he did, Lashley charged towards him with a spear. Sheamus countered this with a big knee, before scooping Lashley up and ramming him down.

Sheamus tried to end the fight with a Brogue but Lashley caught him mid-air with a spear and pinned him for the victory.

Bobby Lashley might battle Drew McIntyre next

During the entire match, Lashley and Sheamus were staring down Drew McIntyre. However, ‘The Scottish Psychopath’ maintained his calm throughout the match.

Once the match ended, McIntyre entered the ring and delivered a claymore to a distracted Lashley. By this time, Sheamus had recovered and was standing inside the ring. The episode ended as Drew McIntyre and Sheamus stared down at each other.

It’s clear that Drew McIntyre will come at Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship. On the other hand, Sheamus has been trying to get his hands on the WWE Championship for a while now.
