WWE RAW 02/12: Jey Uso & New Day Team Up Together To Create a Unique Record

Following a jam-packed WrestleMania kickoff event in Las Vegas, WWE Raw brought back the routine- Monday extravaganza into our lives, featuring all the builds toward the nearing Elimination Chamber a week and a half ahead. Apart from the qualifier matches, the high-stake tag team fight between Jey Uso and New Day vs Imperium has been a highlight of the night for more than the reasons that meet the eyes.
Jey Uso hit a new feat as part of a tag team alongside New Day
Jey Uso joined forces with New Day’s Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston to go head-to-head with GUNTHER, Giovanni Vinci, and Ludwig Kaiser of Imperium, kick-starting the night on fire. Besides delivering some jaw-dropping deliveries against the opponents, Jey Uso’s team for tonight rose to another unique glory. They fight in the same team with 1000+ days of title reign each as a tag team champion for the very first time in history.

Jey Uso’s Return Date Seemingly Confirmed After Quitting WWE Following SummerSlam 2023
Jey Uso handed a shattering blow to Gunther at WWE Raw
Although The New Day and Jey Uso are a rare tag team in action, they were simply breathtaking to watch, thanks to their instant on-point chemistry. Jey was especially impressive throughout the entire showdown. He took the audience to storm while delivering a slap to The Ring General. In the closing moment of the match, The New Day and Jey Uso hit the 1D on Giovanni Vinci. Uso took the last winning shot with a further diving splash on Vince.
While it was an important win for the main event Jey Uso, fans deem his antics against Gunther as the rassemblement of The Rock’s Cody Rhodes treatment at the WrestleMania kick-off event last week.

However, later in the show, it was revealed that Gunther will put his Intercontinental Championship on the line against Jey Uso next week.
It will be riveting to see if Uso can reach his dream of becoming a singles champion in WWE.
