However, finally, what matters the most is that the long wait concluded with a great end.

John Cena, Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, Natalya, and a few more high-voltage WWE personages pulled off a magical showdown last night in front of a sold out crowd. While John Cena’s first-ever match in India was the main draw for the fans, at the end of the show, each match came out a head-turner, more or less. In the thrilling three-hour live show, a dramatic tag team bout between Kevin Owens-Sami Zayn, and Indus Sher set the perfect tone for the entire night. The seemingly ordinary match took an unexpected shape with sudden interference from Drew McIntyre, and Jinder Mahal. Ultimately, it was the Zayn-Owens-McIntyre force that prevailed over the combined power of Indus Sher and Mahal after some tiff back and forth from both sides. However, they all burned the floor afterward, shaking their legs in the rhythm of Oscar-winning Natu Natu.

A rather insipid match featuring Zoey Stark and Natalya, where the latter came out victorious, followed it, Natalya filling in for an absent Becky Lynch.

In another encounter, Shanky stepped into the ring to face off against Gunther, only to be flattened by the Intercontinental Champion as GUNTHER established his dominance further.

Then, it was the time of Odyssey Jones to bear a humbling defeat at the hands of Bron Breakker.

Natalya then faced off against Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship in the fifth match of the event. Mami prevailed retaining her title despite a valiant effort by the Queen of Hearts.

And last but not least, the most anticipated main event hit the ring and produced a cracker. The dream team of John Cena and Seth Rollins overcame Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci in a thrilling tag-team bout.

In the middle of the match, India’s The Great Khali, a WWE Hall of Famer made an appearance in the ring despite not being a part of the company anymore. Adding to the shock, the former WWE Champion teased a match against the one and only, Undefeated Universal WWE Champion Roman Reigns. It earned him a warm ovation from the crowd.

The next melting moment of the night hit when an emotional John Cena thanked his Indian fanbase and his dream match in the country tenfold better than he ever imagined.
