WWE Survivor Series Results: Roman Reigns Makes Big E Acknowledge Him

WWE Survivor Series 2021 main event was Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs WWE Champion Big E. Both men were looking forward to this match from the time it was decided they would clash.

Not only that, their respective factions, The New Day and The Bloodline, have collided as well. Even though Big E is not officially a part of The New Day anymore, he was vowed to destroy Reigns for hurting The New Day.

Out came Big E first, ready to destroy, ready to demolish Reigns and The Bloodline, if required.

Next, came The Tribal Chief with Paul Heyman by his side. WWE Survivor Series 2021 marked 448 days of Reigns being The Universal Champion.

Everyone waited with anticipation for the entrances to finish and the match to start. The WWE Universe knew that brotherhood, family, and respect was on the line at this match!

The bell went off, and the men circled the ring with smug looks on their faces. When they clashed, it looked like two towns trying to rear the other apart. However, Reigns remained calm.. he studied E first, and then attacked again but Big E managed to shove him to the turnbuckle and Reigns left the ring.

After Paul Heyman reminded Reigns who he is, he returned to the ring. Immediately after this, the champions exchanged severe blows and Reigns put him down with a massive shot. The Tribal Chief tried his first pin but failed.

A frustrated Reigns took brutal shots at Big E before bouncing him off the ropes. But, E turned it around and send Reigns to the rope but The Tribal Chief returned with a kick to E’s face.

Roman Reigns and Big E tried everything to destroy the other

The fight went ringside and E tried to execute a splash on Reigns. The Tribal Chief moved and came back around with a brutal kick to the WWE Champion. What followed were quite a few blows to E and a second pin attempt. Unfortunately for Reigns, E kicked out.

Big E turned the table by trying to run into Reigns but ended with another kick to the face. Next, Reigns tried a pinfall attempt. At this point, Reigns was completely frustrated. He tried to take down Big E every way possible, but Reigns was shoved into the steel steps before going back inside the ring.

The WWE Champion executed three drops on him but Reigns turned it around. He delivered a Samoan Drop on him and tried another pin. Even though it failed, Reigns was back to dominating the match.

The explosiveness in the match was unmatched! The Champions tried moves like the Stretch Muffler, The Power Bomb, Roll-Up Pins, and every move available at their disposal.

The Tribal Chief tried a Superman punch which E avoided. However, he executed a similar move like The Rock Bottom, but E still stood up.

The frustrated Tribal Chief executed three Superman punches but he still stood up. Big E speared Reigns through the ropes and to ringside. When they returned to the ring, The Tribal Chief executed a spear himself. But, it still wasn’t enough to keep Big E down.

The brutality went up a notch at WWE Survivor Series 2021

The match turned into a game of survival. To end E, Reigns tried the guillotine hold, but E countered it with a Big Ending. He almost pinned him, but at the third count Reigns held the rope and it was dismissed.

The match again went ringside, and this E wasn’t letting The Tribal Chief recover. He smashed Reigns’ head to the announcers’ table. However, The Tribal Chief reversed E’s next move by smashing him to the steel steps.

The match returned to the ring. And from here, The Tribal Chief took over. He reversed E’s Big Ending, smashed E’s leg, speared him, and pinned him successfully!
