Xavier Woods Details How Important Winning King of the Ring Means to Him

So far, WWE Superstar and former Tag Team Champion Xavier Woods has had a fantastic run in the King of the Ring competition. To get to the final of the event, he had to beat Ricochet and Jinder Mahal. With his battle against Finn Balor only a few hours away, The New Day member took to Twitter to express his thoughts on the bout.

So far, in the King of the Ring competition, Balor and Woods have done all the right things. Now all that remains is to take the last stage and win the tournament. On his route to the tournament’s finale. Balor has beaten Cesaro and Sami Zayn, among others.

On his Twitter account, Woods talked on how he’s always been the oddball out, and how nobody expects him to fit in just like everyone else. This, he believes, will be the most crucial match of his life. Come, Crown Jewel, the New Day member will undoubtedly aim to defeat The Prince in the King of the Ring tournament showdown.

Will WWE put Xavier Woods over Finn Balor at Crown Jewel?

Ricochet and Mahal have both been beaten by Woods. Balor has a distinct advantage over his opponents in terms of competition. However, this in no way diminishes Woods’ talent, and he is capable of rising to the situation and winning the event.

Both members of the New Day have had high success in recent years. Kofi Kingston is a former WWE Champion and Big E is the current WWE Champion. So it is about time Woods got a significant push to the main event.
