Last year, after The Liver King controversy, former UFC commentator Joe Rogan also called out Dwayne Johnson for steroid abuse. Johnson refrained from commenting on it and his substance usage is yet to be proven.

However, fans now might be shocked at seeing an old video of Joe Rogan. The podcast host spoke highly of the Brahma Bull, and complimented him. Rogan would come out of his own way to praise Johnson. He would further claim how Johnson inspired him.

In a video snippet from one of his podcasts from five years ago, Joe Rogan was found praising Dwayne Johnson and heaping compliments on the former wrestler. He praised Johnson for his commitments, and how displeased he is.

Rogan said, “I love The Rock, he’s a sweetheart of a guy, if you meet him in person. He’s a f***ing great guy! Like a legitimately great guy and he inspires the s*it out of me. You know a lot of people think like meathead stuff, in the gym like ‘push hard’ or ‘get it done’ ‘all work, all play, all day’ you know all that crazy stuff? I find him inspirational. “

Rogan further claimed, ” I don’t care if its simpleton stuff, I think he’s great. I love him. Who f**king works harder than that guy? He’s always on a new tv show, always got ten movies juggling at the same time. Probably sleeps two hours a night. “

His praise for the 51-year-old came out as a shocking admission since Rogan ranted against Johnson’s usage of steroids for building and maintaining his physique.
