WWE Monday Night Raw came waltzing back into our lives on May 30, 2022, from the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. It had an amazing segment and a brawl between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

Rhodes and Rollins first clashed this year at WrestleMania 38 for the first time. After that match, both the superstar hasn’t stopped bringing the best out of each other on every RAW episode and PPV. They both will face each other again at Hell in a Cell, inside the giant steel structure.

Cody Rhodes entered the arena with a huge pop. He started cutting a promo on The Visionary, telling how his father Dusty Rhodes admired Rollins when he started in NXT.

However, while Rhodes was cutting a promo, Rollins’s music hit. The Visionary came through the crowd as he did during Shield days. He took a shot at Cody Rhodes’ career and also an indirect shot at AEW. 

Rollins said, “You left 6 years ago and then you and your little friends tried to tear down what I build here. And when that didn’t work, you came back here”.

There was a huge brawl broke between Rollins and Rhodes. The American Nightmare heard enough and wanted to fight Seth Rollins on RAW itself. They totally invested the crowd in the arena in the brawl, which shows how best this ongoing feud is between the WWE superstars.

Seth Rollins made clear that he wants to absolutely destroy Cody Rhodes at Hell in a Cell this Sunday. He wants to take revenge for the two losses against Rhodes which he suffered at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania BackLash.

The WWE Universe, as said, is totally invested in this feud. Rollins and Rhodes’ match at Hell in a Cell is arguably is going to steal the show.

The promo on RAW between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins was intense. Rollins left no empty spots during the promo and took shots at Rhodes with every bit of words he had. Seth Rollins took major shots at the AEW career of Rhodes in his promo on RAW.

The Visionary said, “You don’t to take a sledgehammer to the throne, and then comeback, and try and take that throne from me”

This was the first time this segment of Cody Rhodes breaking Triple H‘s throne in AEW was brought on WWE TV. Since returning to WWE, Rhodes has only talked about this in interviews outside the company.
