WWE Superstar Provides Return Update After ACL Injury

Professional wrestlers put their bodies on the line each time they step inside the ring. Therefore, every wrestler has suffered an injury at one point in their career. When you are giving your all in the ring, there always remains a possibility of meeting with an injury. The latest WWE superstar who got injured recently was Zoey Stark.
Recently, Zoey Stark took to Twitter to provide an update on her latest injury. The NXT superstar tore her ACL/Meniscus following a backstage attack from Toxic Attraction last week. Stark admitted the surgery went great, and she is already rehabbing.
In her tweet, she revealed she will be back stronger and better and will look to take her revenge on Toxic Attraction.

This rivalry between Toxic Attraction and the team of Io Shirai and Zoey Stark has been going on for quite some time now. Toxic Attraction even snatched the WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team titles away from Shirai and Stark. Following Stark’s return, we will most likely see Shirai and Stark challenge the Toxic Attraction duo of Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne for the titles.

Ever since their first appearance on NXT 2.0, Toxic Attraction has made their intentions crystal clear. Last month, the trio of Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne addressed the WWE universe for the first time.
During that segment, Toxic Attraction claimed they want to dominate and take over the WWE NXT Women’s division. Later on, they announced Zoey Stark and Io Shirai as their first target.

Zoey Stark and Io Shirai held the WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship back then. The following week, we saw Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne challenge Stark and Shirai for the Championship.
But they were unsuccessful in their attempt, and Shirai and Stark kept the titles that night. But the Toxic Attraction duo got a chance once again at the Halloween Havoc event.

Dolin and Jayne challenged Shirai and Stark in a triple threat Scareway to Hell Ladder match along with Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta. Unlike the previous time, the Toxic Attraction duo emerged victorious at the Halloween Havoc event and bagged the WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team titles to their names.
