“I always had a special relationship with Laurinaitis. So seeing Johnny back in that role [head of talent relations], I’m very happy with that. I mean, I guess, Johnny’s a kind of guy, you love him or you hate him. Maybe depending on your past experiences, but like, it’s not a personal thing with Johnny.

“Johnny is all business. So as long as you understand that you know. If you dislike this guy because he gave you an honest answer to a question that you had, like you need to check yourself. Randy Orton respects Laurinaitis

The Viper‘ recalled that whenever he was in trouble or if he knew that he was treading on thin ice, John would tell him. According to Orton, Laurinaitis would not beat around the bush and never had Orton second-guessing himself.
Johnny Ace never gave Randy any kind of misleading information as a rib and says that Bruce Prichard is right there with John.
In a business like wrestling, one is lucky if he or she has someone they can depend on for help behind the scenes. Maybe, Johnny Ace is one of the reasons that the ‘Viper’ became one of WWE’s most dedicated employees. Who knows how Orton would have ended up if he hadn’t received John’s patronage.
