WWE NXT Champion Karrion Kross defeated Kyle O’Reilly, Adam Cole, Johnny Gargano, and Pete Dunne in a massive Fatal-5-way match. He made O’Reilly pass out in the straitjacket submission.

Following the match, an interviewer caught up with the champion backstage. The recovering and reigning champion took pride in defeating his challengers.

“You know what looks good? This, on me,” Kross said, looking at the NXT Title. “You know what doesn’t look good? People talking trash for three weeks and not being able to back it up. NXT ‘Takeover: In Your House’–my house.”

“You want to say this company’s behind me? You damn right they are because I don’t give them a choice. Because no matter where the time is told, in the end, everybody pays the toll, and tonight I just punched a hole through the Mount Rushmore of NXT.”

Karrion sounded similar to Universal Champion Roman Reigns as he spoke about having the company behind him. Kross can certainly back up his claim as he defeated four challengers.

Karrion Kross and Penelope Ford reacted to the match

Fans praised the men over the main event. All men played their part, especially former Undisputed Era members Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly who joined forces to take down the champion.

However, Kross proved why he is the champion once again. He sent out a tweet following the match saying, “In MY House, I make the rules. Rule Number 1: Fall And Pray.”

As of now, we don’t know who Kross will face next as he just defeated all the prominent contenders on Sunday night. But this dilemma would be answered on Tuesday.

The existing contenders can come again for Kross’s title. Or a new challenger (a debut/return maybe?) can come up as well. Whatever the outcome may be, Kross has proved his worth as a champion and he would be happy to do it again.
