I think they have told a great story. I think Sheamus has definitely stepped up, you know, coming back as a babyface with a new look. Being the loud-mouth friend that always will stick his nose in your business,” Dreamer said.

“You know, when he was a full-blown babyface, he was actually very entertaining. Then you can see how he starts getting on your nerves. Then he really has stepped up as a heel. He always has good matches, but it really takes this opportunity to the next level.”

Tommy Dreamer and Dudley then discussed how well the real-life relationship between McIntyre and Sheamus is turning well on screen as it is a “real-life story.”

Bubba Ray Dudley thinks Sheamus brings back the missing physicality in Wrestling

Bubba Ray Dudley was known for his physicality inside the ring. He is an amazing 10-time WWE Hardcore Champion. Dudley also spoke highly of Sheamus and hoped he gets the approval for Mania.

I hope that Sheamus gets the ‘nod.’ I’ve been such a fan of everything that he has done since he came back. Just watching him work last night with Drew as the final entrant in the Gauntlet match… first of all the physicality and the work rate from all six of those guys last night, that was really tight and very physical.

Some times I think that’s missing in pro wrestling today, the level of physicality,” he said. All the participants of Sunday’s Elimination Chamber match (except The Miz) took part in a gruesome Gauntlet match on the main event of Raw last Monday.

The match would determine the last entrant in the Elimination Chamber match. Sheamus won after a Brogue Kick to the champion.
