Randy Orton and Riddle Put Down Bobby Lashley and MVP in the Main Event of WWE Raw

The main event of WWE RAW saw the Tag Team titles being defended. The champions Randy Orton and Riddle aka RK-Bro took on the team of WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP.

At the opening segment, the WWE Champion showed up to answer United States Champion Damian Priest’s open challenge. Lashley said he always wanted to be a double champion.

RK-Bro appeared and ridiculed Lashley. The Almighty One responded with a threat to snatch their tag team titles and become the double champion. Riddle challenged Lashley and MVP to a match and WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville made it official.

Bobby Lashley and Riddle started things off, but MVP soon took over. However, Riddle soon held MVP to the corner and Randy Orton tagged in. MVP was sent to the floor after some double team and Riddle dived onto him and Lashley at ringside.

Riddle and Randy Orton retain the titles at the main event of WWE RAW

Back from the break, Lashley and MVP once again dominated Riddle with repeated pins. Riddle tagged in The Viper and MVP was in trouble; the RKO chants filled the arena.

Orton took out both MVP and Lashley. However, MVP tagged in Orton and Lashley attacked Orton viciously. Lashley was going for the Hurt Lock, which was turned into an RKO, but before Orton could hit it, Orton was sent to the corner and Riddle tagged in.

Riddle hit the Floating Bro, for a near fall but MVP broke it up. MVP dominated Riddle in the ring. Lashley wanted to teach Orton a lesson, but got sent to the ring post.

At the ringside, former Tag Team champions, Omos and AJ Styles, attacked Orton. However, The Viper overpowered them both. Back in the ring, Riddle hit another Floating Bro for the win! Following the match, Orton hit the RKO on Lashley to teach him a lesson.
