WWE has gained quite the notoriety this year with its frequent yet heavyweight releases. While many top names in the company had kept quiet, WWE Hall of Famer ‘Fearless’ Nikki Bella recently stood in solidarity with her former colleagues.

On Saturday, June 6, the longest reigning Diva’s Champion reflected upon the recent releases. Nikki took her time and mentioned almost all the women who were released in recent times.

While Bella was “shocked” to see some of the releases, she could not help but write a note of gratitude to the women in the industry who have given their “mind, body, soul and time.”

She may not have worked with everyone but was “so looking forward to one day sharing it” (hinting at her comeback?). Bella started the post with one half of the Riott Squad, Ruby Riott. “You were one of my favorite matches, you are such a selfless, kind, and incredibly talented woman,” Bella wrote to Riott.

She then shifted her attention to the iconic Mickie James, saying “@themickiejames you are an icon. I always hoped to have had a badass storyline with you. I know we could have created magic.”

Nikki then addressed The IIconics, Billie Kay, and Peyton Royce. The Bella Twins “were dreaming of fighting for the tag titles” against the “magic duo.”

Bella looked back at her Total Divas days with the mention to Lana, and she hoped to see more of Chelsea Green in the ring. “Thank you all for the entertainment and the memories,” Nikki concluded. “I know the future is so bright for you all! Can’t wait to follow you all wherever you may go.”

Is Nikki Bella coming back in the ring?

Considered as one of the trailblazers in women’s wrestling, Nikki, along with her twin Brie, recently became Hall of Famers. They share three Divas championships among each other, with Nikki being the longest-reigning champion in the title’s history.

Nikki had to retire in 2019 after a cyst was found in her brain. Brie also joined her sisters’ decision. During their tenure, many fans wanted Women’s Tag Team Championships. But ironically, it was introduced right after the twins were retired.
