Bayley has finally done it. After months of lagging behind the likes of Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, and Nia Jax as one of the biggest names out there, the Damage CTRL leader has managed to snatch the opportunity from 29 other contenders as she won the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble.
And en route to getting her name among the very few to win the Royal Rumble, she has managed to etch her name into the record books for another monumental achievement as well. What is it, you may ask? Well, she has cemented a record for being in the Royal Rumble for the longest time.

The 2024 Royal Rumble was a spectacle for fans. This is the first matchup of WWE’s Premium Live Event in St. Petersburg, Florida. Bayley surely was an underdog in front of dominant superstars such as Jade Cargill, Nia Jax, and Becky Lynch. However, she managed to beat them all and emerge victorious for a sport at the Grandest Stage of Them All. Moreover, she also broke the record of being the entrant to spend the most time in the Royal Rumble. And the record time she set was a spectacular total of 1 hour and 3 minutes.

The Role Model entered the third position of the match and remained in the ring for one hour and three minutes. Bayley was part of a tussle with Jade Cargill and Liv Morgan, ultimately. After the latter threw Jade out of the ring, a dropkick knocked Morgan out of the ring to secure Bayley’s victory. This marks the first time that she will main-event WrestleMania.
The Damage CTRL member registers her name among former Royal Rumble winners such as Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, Asuka, and Bianca Belair, just to name a few. So, Bayley gets a shot at any of the Women’s Championships at WrestleMania XL tonight, with one of the main matches on April 6 and 7 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With such a dominant performance in the Rumble, the question that looms is: who would she like to face in WrestleMania?
