WWE Clash of Champions will be the site of family warfare. Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship title against his cousin, Jey Uso.

To hype things further, WWE shared a clip from Jey Uso’s life outside the ring. It featured his two sons and himself, discussing who will win the upcoming fight.

While one of his sons hinted towards Roman Reigns taking the winning spot, his younger son was confident that “Uncle Oooaaah” will win. As per Uso, this is the mental pressure he has been battling, given that almost everyone in his family is positive that the ‘Big Dog’ will continue to be the Universal Champion.

As seen in the promo that played on SmackDown, almost everyone, including their uncle Afa and Roman Reigns’ father Sika, believe that Uso cannot win. However, Rikishi, Uso’s father, was confident that his son will be the new Universal Champion. Unfortunately, that sounds like wishful thinking at the moment.

To be honest, the reason behind this belief is the name both of them have made in the ring. While Roman Reigns has gained his fame from singles matches, Uso has always been a tag team wrestler. As a result of this, not everyone is convinced that he will be able to match up to his cousin when it comes to a singles showdown.

Now, it is Roman Reigns’ recommendation that everyone takes a good look at this episode before the match. He wants to reverse the situations of the past and own the phrase – the student has become the master.

Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso will be WWE’s ticket to historic writing

If this blood affair does not end with this match, the WWE Universe is in for a massive storyline. This will go down in history as one of the boldest and bravest WWE stories.

Finally, even if WWE retains Roman Reigns as the Champion, the company should not put down Uso completely. After the promo he delivered on SmackDown, he commands just as much respect as his cousin.
