Daniel Bryan Taps Out Roman Reigns AGAIN Ahead of Their WrestleMania Clash

Ahead of WrestleMania, Daniel Bryan faced Jey Uso in a street fight match at SmackDown tonight (4/2/21). With both Edge and Roman Reigns in attendance, Bryan soared high.

WWE Hall of Famer Edge joined the commentary team at the ringside. Uso brought in a steel chair at the very onset of the match. He even wanted to injure Bryan as he trapped Bryan’s legs into the chair. However, Bryan got out and dominated Uso.

Eventually, Roman Reigns came out and watched the match unfold from his ‘throne’, along with Paul Heyman. Uso brought in a steel chair and hit a frog splash. After that, he slammed Bryan shoulder-first into the steel steps.

Uso and Edge exchanged some words at ringside. In the meantime, Bryan recovered and countered a suplex with his own. The “Five-time world champion” then brought out a chair of his own and followed it up with the steel chain.

After some utmost domination, Daniel Bryan got the win in the street fight with his signature “Yes Lock.”

Following the win, Daniel Bryan immediately attacked Edge with a running knee. He pulled and sent the “Rated-R Superstar” into the ring post several times.

After Edge, Bryan focused his attention on Roman Reigns. Initially, Reigns flung his chair at Bryan. However, the latter dodged the attack. He delivered a flying knee and applied the Yes Lock at top of the stage.

Officials soon rushed in to break the lock-up. Bryan went back to the ring and stood tall among ‘yes’ chants. Roman recovered on the ramp and Edge recovered near the commentary table.

This match would definitely add to the already intense rivalry. Edge had proclaimed how Daniel Bryan “weaseled” his way into the triple threat match. He also said Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan aspire to be the Hall of Fame talent that Edge is.

The Superstars are set for an intense battle on Night 2 of WrestleMania 37. Royal Rumble 2021winner and Hall of Famer Edge is fighting for legacy while Roman Reigns is fighting for his supremacy. Daniel Bryan is once again an underdog in this match.
