WWE Makes a Bizarre Change to Roman Reigns’ Hell in a Cell Match With Rey Mysterio

As a recent development in the storyline, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns would now face the one-half of SmackDown Tag Team Champion Rey Mysterio this Friday. While the match remains inside the cell, the Blue Brand would be the host of the showdown instead of Hell in a Cell!
Rey Mysterio could literally not wait to face Roman. The match is not for any title but for redemption. Roman attacked Dominik and Rey Mysterio for the sake of his family. Rey is now seeking justice for the same, for his family.
The initiation of change began on Twitter on Thursday, Rey said that he could not wait till Sunday for the match and demanded that WWE moves the match to Friday.

Sunday. Friday. Any day.
Makes no difference to me.It'll be my pleasure to disgrace what's left of your family name tomorrow night inside Hell in a Cell!
My Special Counsel @HeymanHustle will handle the paperwork.
I’ll PERSONALLY handle the warfare! @WWE #Smackdown https://t.co/DSzd33gluA

“The Tribal Chief” swiftly accepted the challenge. He said that he did not care what day it was and he would disgrace whatever there is left of the Mysterio family. He said, “My Special Counsel Paul Heyman will handle the paperwork. I’ll PERSONALLY handle the warfare!”
Heyman worked faster than expected and within hours WWE announced the official change of venue. While the match would be inside the steel cage as it would have at Hell in a Cell, the match would be the main event of SmackDown tomorrow.

Will Roman Reigns not appear at Hell in a Cell?
While the main event of SmackDown would definitely be the one to watch, but fans would definitely miss seeing Roman at Hell in a Cell. If the match on SmackDown goes as planned (without any last-minute change of heart), it is unlikely Roman would appear on HIAC again.
