Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian’s ‘Unforgettable’ WWE Moment Doesn’t Feature Dwayne Johnson, Hulk Hogan, or John Cena

WWE is a part of childhood for many current grown-up wrestling fans who are parents. Similarly, Alexis Ohanian, husband of tennis legend Serena Williams, is also a fan of the sport.Like all the fans, he also has a memorable moment in WWE that he cannot forget. Surprisingly, this particular WWE moment doesn’t include the top names of Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker, etc.

Ohanian shared a tweet a couple of days ago, which had a YouTube video attached. The video was of WWE legends, Earthquake and Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts having a match on April 27th, 1991.

He wrote, “I’ll never forget this WWF moment.”

Indeed, nobody would forget this moment or match as Earthquake dominated Roberts in the match. He tangled Roberts between the ropes and body slammed the snake in the middle of the ring.

It was a horror scene for the fans present in the arena and also for those watching on their TV. While Earthquake slammed the snake, Roberts was tangled between the ropes, kayfabe crying for his loss.

After throwing a couple of punches at the WWE Hall of Famer, Earthquake once again body slammed the snake. Surely, this scene wasn’t something anybody would love to see on TV. However, this unpredictable moment in the match might have made it unforgettable for Ohanian.

Stephanie McMahon and Alexis Ohanian once traveled on the same flight

In 2018, The Billion Dollar Princes visited Web Summit in Lisbon, where she shared about wanting Williams in WWE. She also traveled on the same flight as Ohanian did to attend the same summit.

As Reggie Wade of Yahoo reported, “I actually happened to be on the same flight as her husband yesterday, but Serena Williams — I mean, the door is open, Serena, I love Serena” 

There might have been a conversation between McMahon and Ohanian or not. However, it doesn’t change the fact WWE wants the tennis legend to wrestle in their ring. Stephanie also talked about this in her appearance on the Rich Eisen Show.

Both the women are indeed powerful and there is no doubt even fans would love to see this match. Serena Williams is currently retired and hence can try her hand in WWE once.
