In 2018, Ronda Rousey started a new chapter in her life when she joined WWE and turned into a professional wrestler. From being an Olympic gold-winning judoka to being the first ever UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, she has always been a fan favorite.

However, it doesn’t seem she has been able to keep the same momentum in WWE now. 

Following the recent RAW episode, there was a #FireRondaRousey that was trending on Twitter. It seems that the fans aren’t getting over Ronda Rousey especially after her match against Shotzi Blackheart at Survivor Series last week.

Many did not appreciate the Rowdy One’s match against Blackheart for the SmackDown Women’s title. The match might be the primary reason why this hashtag was trending while RAW was on air and Rousey is a SmackDown star.

Even though she defended her title at Survivor Series, and is a big draw for WWE, the fans want her to be fired from the company. The WWE Universe seems to be frustrated with Rousey’s work rate and took upon Twitter to show their disappointment. 

There was a point in the match when Shotzi tried to hit ‘The Arm Collector’ with a DDT on the apron. However, that didn’t work out the way it was supposed to. Nevertheless, the only highlight of the match would be when Blackheart dive on Rousey and some fans from the barricade.

Rousey is a marquee superstar of WWE who is extremely popular among younger fans. Currently, she is paired with Shayna Baszler and is a heel on the blue brand holding the SmackDown Women’s title.
