The success these two individuals face is the same, but the business they do is far apart. Vince McMahon is the Chairman of WWE, which has a perfect blend of theatrics and pro-wrestling.

However, UFC is different. Here, the athletes involved inside the octagon only know one thing – to fight. With that being said, UFC is a promotion that has mixed-martial-artists and the fights are fought in rounds, just like in boxing.

The reality-based feature in ‘Ultimate Fighting Championship’, aka UFC, is something that becomes the major difference between the fanbase of WWE and UFC.

Eventually, UFC President, Dana White, takes pride in that and has always had mixed feelings for Vince McMahon’s promotion. At the UFC 265 event, the fans regarded the PPV as one of the most intense events of UFC.

During the post-match conference, White talked about the intense nail-biting Interim heavyweight championship fight and said that Vince McMahon could never write a script like that.

“It doesn’t get any better than this. You couldn’t write it, you couldn’t script it. F**** Vince McMahon couldn’t have wrote a better script for this whole thing. It’s beautiful.”

The Vince McMahon vs Dana White fight almost happened

While this was a verbal dig at McMahon, White almost faced The Big Man in the ring.

Back in 2011, news broke of McMahon vs. White in WWE; however, people soon disregarded this notion, thinking as nothing more than two promoters promoting their brands and themselves.

Vince McMahon strongly supported this idea, and the match was supposed to happen as the main event of WrestleMania XXVII in 2011. However, the business tycoons did not move forward with it.

Now, with the years passing on, the UFC President has often praised McMahon’s work ethic. White often mentions how much Vince McMahon loves his company and has worked hard for it.

Maybe, it looks like as the years are passing, both individuals are becoming more humble. Maybe the two can meet up and collaborate for an exhibition evening where we might see some dream matches come true.
