The biggest merger in the sports entertainment industry happened this year. Even though the merger was announced earlier this year, the deal was finally closed on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. After the merger, UFC and WWE now are a part of the TKO group, an umbrella company owned by Endeavor.

With this, UFC’s CEO, Dana White, and WWE’s former proprietor, Vince McMahon are now sort of co-workers. White who has known McMahon for a very long time now says that he has observed some changes in the WWE mogul’s behavior since the deal was struck.

Talking with FanNation of Sports Illustrated, the UFC CEO has talked about how much Vince McMahon’s behavior has changed after the merger. He first gave some insights into how their relationship was before the merger. According to him, McMahon has always viewed him as nothing but competition. “My history with Vince isn’t a good one. “I’ve always had a great relationship with them, always, even when we weren’t aligned back in the day,” White said. With that being said, White still can’t believe how much his relationship with Vince McMahon has changed. He even commended McMahon for his work ethic even at the age of 80.
