“Every time I hear the crowd saying ‘You Suck’, it’s such a freaking humbling experience. It’s just beautiful, I love it. You know, they’re playing right into my game. I have everybody right where I want them. They’re in my trap, in my web and it’s just beautiful.”

Colby Covington ensured to take permission from Kurt Angle before using his old theme song. While it wasn’t necessary, an unspoken decorum exists between athletes from all fields. Combat-sport is no different!

“I would never have used that song if I didn’t personally ask Kurt Angle. He gave me permission to use that song and recreate these moments and get the crown into the show. Some of them loved me, some of them hated me, but they were entertaining and they got their money’s worth.”
