Dwayne Johnson had a monumental pro wrestling career in WWE. The wrestler-turned-actor is very often seen opening up about his experiences as a wrestler in his earlier days in interviews and shows. The Rock, who stopped going incognito in public after becoming famous, did an interview with an Emmy Award-winning entertainment reporter almost ten years ago where he talked about a bunch of stuff from his WWE days in 2013.
Dwayne Johnson opens about his four-month experience in 2013
Rocky Maivia, in an interview with Chris Van Vliet in May 2013, confessed his experience of his WrestleMania 29 run. Rocky claimed that “the four-month run” in WWE was “really eye-opening” for him.

The People’s Champion got to see talents that had become “sour grapes and miserable”. It was because of the “nature of business.” The Great One also got to meet some young wrestlers that were “humble” and full of “excitement” at the same time.

Those young talents were filled with the hunger for success, just like The Brahma Bull during his initial days. “It reminds me of myself about 10-15 years ago when I first started,” said The Most Electrifying Man in All Entertainment.
Johnson’s inspiration
The People’s Champion once shared how his mother helped him become a successful person in life. Johnson revealed to his fans in an interview with People Magazine in 2016 that his mother, who is a stage 3b lung cancer survivor, always advised him to “just go for it” and “level nothing.”

This magic mantra from his mom has made The Corporate Champion one of the most successful people in his industry. During the same interview, People Magazine identified him with the title ‘Sexiest Man Alive.’

Johnson’s late-night grind
Johnson recently shared a video clip on his Instagram handle which left fans open-mouthed. It was a video of himself pushing hard in his gym doing intense “giant sets of belt squats”. The workout gave him an “incredible burn” and left his “legs on fire.”

The Rock’s workout video clip also caught the attention of a veteran bodybuilder, Flex Wheeler, and the 57-year-old bodybuilding legend and a 4X Arnold Classic winner praised The Black Adam star by saying, “Damn good bro.”
