Banks, who now goes by the name Mercedes Mone, shook the entire world after walking out on WWE last year in May. Mone was released on December of the same year following a strife with the company.

What shocked the wrestling world, even more, was the debut of Mercedes Mone at New Japan Pro Wrestling. Mone’s time at WWE might have ended, but her new career at NPJW has just started. Recently, fans got to hear about The CEO’s new journey after her release from WWE.

Sasha Banks never stopped working

On 27 January, NPJW released Miss Mercedes’ first long-form NJPW interview on its website. In the interview, Banks told her fans her whereabouts after her departure from WWE. Mone said that she has been “working every single day” since she “left” WWE last year.
