Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back! The Swedish legend is back in the European football spectrum with a club which he resonates best with. After months of speculation linking Ibrahimovic with so many clubs. Including the likes of Manchester United, Everton, Napoli and even a third division Italian side. The former Juventus forward has finally confirmed his arrival at AC Milan.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back with the Italian side seven years after leaving the Rossoneri. In that time, he has had spells with Paris Saint Germain, Manchester United and LA Galaxy. And he’s proved to be a success at all of these clubs. Scoring 113 goals in 122 appearances for the French Champions, 17 goals in 33 appearances for the Manchester giants and 56 goals in 52 appearances for the MLS outfit. Which pretty much explain why the Milan side is bidding on the 38-year-old to turn around their otherwise woeful season.

The former Swedish international has signed an initial 6 months contract with an option to extend for another year. And the fact that he had been signed on free makes it no risk deal for the former Champions League winners. And Zlatan is surely happy to be back in Milan as he was quoted saying, I’m coming back to a club I hugely respect and to the city of Milan I love,

Every time Zlatan Ibrahimovic leaves a club, the speculations goes around whether he’s going to drop a level. But the fact that he’s still attracting the biggest clubs in Europe underlines his quality. He’s far more than just a goal scorer. AC Milan needs someone like Zlatan who can really bring that winning mentality to a side which is only a shadow of its former glorious past. Would this move come good for the two parties?
