ARTURO VIDAL’S TRANSFER SAGA

Since Van Gall was appointed as the new United manager, Arturo Vidal has been heavily linked with a

move to old Trafford. The former Dutch manager is a huge admirer of the 27-year old and wants him at

his club.

The red devils were believed to be heavily linked with the player this whole summer but in recent times

the talks had been broken down, but as reported by the ‘mirror’ in it’s Sunday editon, Manchester

United are resurrecting a move for the prolific box to box the midfielder. They are ready to launch a bid

of £35m and are understood to have wrapped the deal up by the end of the coming week.

Meanwhile at the Italian end, the Turin based club’s chief Beppe Marotta is confident that Vidal will stay

as a member of the club. As reported by the ‘IB Times’ Marotta explained …

“Absolutely yes. It is a very remote chance, considering what the lad is like, and so I’m not even

considering the possibility The situation around him is typical of the transfer market when several big

clubs admire him. Vidal exploded in a fairly unexpected way over the last two years to become one of the

most important players in the world. He is naturally linked to big clubs, but I’ll point out Juventus are a

big club too and we intend to hold on tight. I don’t get the sensation he wants to leave us,” he added.

rekindled their interest in the defensive midfielder.

verdict coming in from the Juventus no.23 man, his future looks to be quite in air for now. But his future

destination will surely be decided in the coming days.
