There has been a lot of criticism about the depth in the Manchester United squad in the past two to three years but Louis van Gaal has certainly taken a step ahead this season. Fans can certainly see a new hope and belief in the Manchester united squad this season.

With four new important signings, LVG has clearly started with a positive approach. Three of those four signing had been done in the last two days which shows the attitude and the intent of the manager with which he wants to start this season. He has undeniably answered to the carping critics with these powerful signings.

Manchester recently got the signatures of the German maestro Bastian Schweinsteiger from Bayern, French midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton, Italian right back Matteo Darmian from Torino along with the Dutch prolific young winger Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven who was signed earlier this summer. These players certainly provide the quality and strength that Manchester needed to regain their Premier league Glory.

With players like Schweinsteiger and Schneiderlin coming in the midfield along with Mata, Blind, Herrera, Fellaini and Carrick, their Midfield woes ought to go. Mata will now be able to play as an attacking midfielder which was always his preferred position. Schweinsteiger and Schneiderlin along with Carrick perfectly make an amazing midfield. LVG can now rotate his squad often. Also, Depay, Di Maria, Valencia, Januzaj and Young will provide the required speed and skills on the wings.

Depay is a talented player with excellent shooting, passing and dribbling skills. He will prove to be a great asset to this team. Rooney, Wilson, Persie will be able to play more freely as perfect forwards. With the incoming of Darmian who will be joining Shaw, Rojo, Smalling, Jones and Rafael in the defense along with De Gea at post.

With an established right back, now LVG will be able to play Blind and Rojo in a more comfortable position. United are now looking strong in their defense as well. Fans would certainly like to see them regain their top glory and we wish them the best of luck!
