Stipe Miocic might be UFC heavyweight champion during the day, but at night, he gears up and works as a firefighter. Miocic has been working as a firefighter for many years and has even admitted he might become one full-time after retirement.
Miocic worked as a responder during the pandemic alongside his training. Despite the obvious time constraints of handling both jobs, Stipe is confident he can beat Cormier.

Stipe defeated Daniel Cormier at UFC 241, and despite his early struggles, his nasty body shots sealed the victory. Miocic was taken down by DC in the previous fight and struggles during the initial rounds. Cormier expertly used his brawling and dirty boxing skills, causing problems for Stipe early on in the fight.
However, Stipe took control of the later rounds with a phenomenal comeback. Recently, Cormier and Miocic have exchanged several back-and-forths on social media due to delays in the fight.

Cormier, who works for the UFC as a commentator and analyst, plans on taking on a full-time role after the fight.
