The 12-year old fan’s name is Adrian. The young lad has penned down a heart touching letter for Rafael and sent in a gift too. The letter is filled with a passion for tennis and Rafa.

“My name is Adrián and I’m 12 years old. The gift that I send you has a very special meaning for me.”

What was the gift for Rafael Nadal?

The gift for Rafa is actually a bunch of used tennis balls that Adrian had used while training and playing matches. But he has gone ahead and dedicated these tokens of his passion and love for the sport to Rafa. It’s clear he admires the Spaniard a lot!

“As you can see they are used tennis balls, in each of them there is a little bit of my effort and dedication in each training, a little bit of the passion that I put in each shot, they also have some of defeat and victory of some matches, but above all, they are full of admiration and gratitude that I feel for you,” Adrian wrote.
