AEW started with a huge shock as there was a debut and a potential new opponent for Cody. He lost his TNT Championship to Darby Allin last week. Now, he might be feuding with none other than NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal.

During tonight’s AEW Dynamite, Cody came to the ring to talk about wanting to get another shot at MJF. He congratulated the new AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin on his win.

During his promo, a woman in red made her AEW debut by running down Cody for being a “liar.” She said she had been at ringside for several weeks and said she had watched her “competition” and Cody.

The woman introduced herself as Jade Cargill and said she is the “total package.” She continued to mock Cody for calling himself a “Giant-Killer” when he knows nothing about giants.

Jade Cargill followed it up by saying she knows one giant, and Cody was about to wake him up. Before leaving, Cargill congratulated Cody for getting his name back. Post that, she revealed her giant’s name was “Shaq,” and he is a “real star.”
