For The House Always Wins special show, AEW has sold additional seat pods for fans who want to attend. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the Daly’s Place amphitheater can only seat about a thousand people. They can utilize only ten percent of the seating capacity.

However, for the exclusive live event, AEW expects more fans to fill the seats of the arena. EVP Cody Rhodes expressed his happiness on Twitter over the sale of additional pods. He said, “LOVE that we are able to open up more pods – we continue to be safe and steady, and it feels great to be competing in front of major crowds again!”

Cody Rhodes will wrestle on The House Always Wins card. He’ll face Aaron Solow, a member of the newly formed faction led by QT Marshall. Along with Solow, fellow trainees at the Nightmare Factory, Nick Comoroto and Olympic Bronze medalist Anthony Agogo attacked the Nightmare Family.

They took out Cody, Dustin Rhodes and Lee Johnson of the Nightmare Family, and QT Marshall hit Dustin with a Piledriver on the steel steps. Cody will aim to exact revenge for the vicious attack on his brother and himself this Friday.

AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will team up with his friend Michael Nakazawa against the Sydal brothers. Omega beat Matt on Dynamite in an incredible match, and will recreate that magic on Friday’s show.

The Young Bucks once again team up with Brandon Cutler to take on Death Triangle. Two-thirds of Death Triangle, Pac and Rey Fenix will challenge the Young Bucks for the AEW Tag Team Championships in the future. This will be the first time the trio will team up since their debut in 2020.

Darby Allin defends the TNT Title against an unnamed opponent. We’re in for a surprise this Friday, as anyone can challenge Darby for the title. However, someone from the new Matt Hardy faction could be a potential opponent for him, especially after their attack on Darby last week on Dynamite.
