There’s a reason why AEW Dynamite has been rated TV-14. Cody and his team of writers don’t hesitate in airing some gory content on live television. Tonight, MJF and Jon Moxley pushed the bar of extreme a little too high.

The best heel in the business dug his teeth in the head of the AEW World Champion until blood gushed out of his wounds. It was almost as if ECW had taken over the show, considering the brutality that was on display.

To recapitulate the events, Moxley faced MJF’s lawyer Mark Sterling in the main event to satisfy the contractual obligations set last week. If Sterling didn’t show up, MJF would lose his title shot.

After a night full of escapade attempts, Sterling was forced to step in the ring. As expected, the former ‘Lunatic Fringe’ took him apart like a lion maiming a wildebeest.

However, things were set to get ugly for poor Mox. Wardlow clotheslined him to the underground immediately after the match ended.

The devious MJF then came out to pick on his carcass. After biting his skull, MJF pounded the champ till his face was crimson with blood. To cap off his attack, MJF wiped Moxley’s blood with the AEW World Championship.

The show ended with MJF standing tall, giving us a possible glimpse of the coming Saturday.
