One Twitter user decided to ask some stinging questions to the AEW World Champion. The user asked Kenny to stop living in the past, and asked him when was the last time he put on a good match, let alone ‘greatest.’

Kenny Omega asked the user to start with a ‘great’ match he recently had at Double or Nothing 2021. He then wrote that he’s spoiled fans like him by being nice for far too long.

Honestly, we don’t think Omega’s Three-Way Match at AEW Double or Nothing was great. However, this does not mean he cannot or does not deliver spectacular matches. The style and matches Omega put up against the likes of Okada, Ibushi, etc. in Japan is way different from what his opponents in the U.S. bring to the table.

Yes, Kenny Omega has only been a shadow of his former self in AEW. But his heel run has the potential to bring him back to his ‘Cleaner’ days. With Don Callis by his side, we’re sure Kenny could definitely turn out to be one of the most despised heels of all time.

Kenny Omega will put his title on the line against Jungle Boy next week on AEW Dynamite. We’re sure it will be a fun match. Although it remains to be whether it will be a great match, as Kenny says he always delivers.
