Tonight is the very first edition of AEW Rampage from the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The show was hyped for a few weeks, and it has certainly delivered. The second match on the card was a title match where the TNT Champion Miro had to defend his title against Fuego Del Sol. But there was a catch; if Del Sol won this match, he would get a full-time contract with AEW.
However, Del Sol’s dreams came crashing down when Miro squashed him under five minutes. After retaining the championship, Miro tore the contract in front of Fuego.

Before the bell rang, Del Sol surprised everyone when he delivered a huge hurricanrana as Miro was still doing his entrance in the ring. The referee called for the bells and he nailed another tornado DDT off the top rope, but Miro rolled out to the floor.
Now, with Miro out of the ring, the referee had no choice but to count. Mir almost lost his title as the referee reached the count of nine, but he slid back into the ring.

Sol then delivered another one when Miro came back to the ring, and this time, covered him for a two count; however, the momentum changed when Del Sol attempted a move off the top rope and Miro caught him.
Miro then delivered a Samoan drop on the challenger, following it up with a big kick to the face. He locked in the game over, wrenched back hard and Sol tapped out; hence, Sol’s dream of becoming the ‘All Elite’ shattered.
Tony Khan makes his AEW Rampage debut after the match
After the match ended, Miro stood in the ring and tore the original contract for Fuego Del Sol, leaving him and the torn pieces of contract inside the ring.
The dream is over for @FuegoDelSol. @ToBeMiro retains the TNT Championship and rips up the contract.
