MJF shocked the world, as he turned on Chris Jericho and The Inner Circle on the latest episode of AEW Dynamite. Teaming up with Wardlow, FTR, Shawn Spears, and Tully Blanchard, he managed to show his former Boss who the new Alpha was.

By the end of the brawl, The Inner Circle was laid out and absolutely battered. MJF and his new faction stood tall as they asserted their dominance in what is expected to be the start of a huge faction war.

To add insult to injury, in a recent post on Twitter, MJF shared a picture of a beaten-up Chris Jericho, humiliating the man that once took him into his team.

On the latest episode of Dynamite, Sammy Guevara, a former member of The Inner Circle, successfully convinced Jericho that his new friend was trying to overthrow him. The group attempted to make MJF pay for this and tried to gang up on him.

However, MJF, cunning as ever, had a backup plan and called out the new faction that he had been building. They managed to make short work of Inner Circle, and Guevara sadly got sent face-first through a steel chair.

Friedman was never Y2J’s friend and never intended on being so. However, he played smart and to his strengths. Instead of confronting Jericho and incurring the wrath of his group, MJF got close to the leader and chose the right time to betray him.

MJF has been excellent on the mic and is often compared to WWE legend The Rock. However, his wrestling skills are questionable as he has seldom delivered on the talk.

He has the gift of gab, but the jabs are still developing. However, this doesn’t seem to stop him, and MJF has decided to form his own faction. This may be vital to the course of storylines in AEW, and we are excited to see how it all pans out.
