The former AEW World Champion has only suffered one serious injury throughout his career. In fact, Jericho hasn’t missed time away from the ring due to an injury. However, the Nick Gage challenge in front of him next week could very well bring his career to a screeching halt!

Why are we saying that? Well, Gage has a violent reputation inside the ring. Plus, he recently made a statement that literally sent chills.

Brandon E. Castro, a wrestling fan asked Nick Gage about Chris Jericho on Cameo. ‘MDK’ replied in a fashion only he can.

He said, “You’re asking me about the Painmaker? Well, guess what? I don’t give a f*** what his name is. It could be Chris Jericho, it could be Painmaker, Pacemaker, or whatever. I’m going to go in that ring and leave that ring with a weapon in my motherf*** hand with blood dripping off of it.”

Gage said, “I’d rather die in that ring than lose to that motherf***. I’m going to represent for all my Deathmatch warriors out there because I’m going to carve him up from head to toe.”

“So when the Painmaker looks in the mirror every day when he wakes up, he’s going to know the god of this sh*t did that to him. You know what it is, It’s MDK, all motherf*** day!” he concluded.

Nick Gage is a mad, mad man. He can do anything, quite literally. After all, this is the same man who cut Jon Moxley’s head with a pizza cutter back in the day! One can even say that Nick Gage feeds off his opponents’ blood.
