Pro wrestling has given us countless memories, especially WWE! Today, the company faces competition from AEW. Time and again, Tony Khan’s promotion and show, AEW Dynamite, has claimed to be a better alternative for pro wrestling fans. Despite that, the promotion often takes inspiration from their rival.

On today’s Dynamite, MJF and The Pinnacle came out to the ring dressed dapper from head to toe. They were out to celebrate their historic win in AEW’s first-ever Blood and Guts Match last week.

MJF talked highly of The Pinnacle and of their emphatic win last week. Tully Blanchard then joined the bandwagon and revealed how there won’t be any rematch.

The miserably failed bubbly bath on AEW Dynamite

Blanchard said The Inner Circle quit last week. And quitting is quitting, there is no other way around it.

Blanchard then presented expensive watches to each member of The Pinnacle. While The Pinnacle were busy doing this, the Inner Circle drove into Daily’s Place with a trailer attached to a modified cart.

The trailer had a huge picture of Chris Jericho on it, and it read, “Little Bit of the Bubbly.” The ‘Salt of the Earth’ asked them to leave as they were done as a faction.

He also added that Jericho will never return to AEW Dynamite. Just as he said that, ‘Le Champion’ popped out and asked MJF for a rematch again, only to hear another no.

This was the final straw for the Inner Circle, and they set themselves loose on The Pinnacle. No, they did not get into a brawl. In fact, they took inspiration from Stone Cold Steve Austin’s Beer Bath to The Corporation on Raw in 1999 or even Kurt Angle’s milk bath on Raw in 2001.

After MJF denied Jericho a rematch, ‘Demo God’ asked Sammy Guevara to get them. Sammy got onto the trailer and opened fire with a cannon!

The cannon poured champagne all over The Pinnacle. However, it wasn’t even at the half level of what Stone Cold and Kurt Angle did in WWE back in the day.

Just like the dud explosion after the Lights Out Unsanctioned Match, this Champagne Bath, too, was a huge failure. The champagne had no force. It had less power than a garden hose. No kidding.

Either way, we just hope AEW learns from these little mistakes/learning experiences and betters its product.
