InnerSloth recently added a boatload of content to its golden egg Among Us. The Airship map, along with all the quality of life changes, has settled in really well with the fans. The update has also helped InnerSloth gain a bit of the momentum that its game lost while preparing for all the new content. However, as players enjoy the new update, for some reason, InnerSloth decided to curse their day.

The official Twitter account of Among Us recently shared the image of an interesting crewmate skin concept. The image was so weird, and even out of the ‘Among Us World’, the team had to clarify that the abomination will not be coming to the game.

Fortunately, the image started a Twitter thread that no one thought they would witness. Boon or a bane? It is up to the fans to decide what they think about all the crewmate designs that should never make it to the game. However, not all the suggestions were cursed, and some also led to a few “awws” and some chuckles.

Even after the developers clarified that they will not be adding the skin to the game, for some reason, fans thought it would be a great idea. While Among Us threatened to block Epic Games when it straight up said no to seeing the skin, it was absolutely confused when fans asked to see the skin in the game.

Luckily, there were a few wholesome moments that came out of the conversation too. It seems like a ‘catmate’ is actually a lot cuter than a ‘dogmate’.

Regardless of how cursed the image was, Twitch thought it was a great idea to adopt the ‘dogmate’. However, Among Us had a better idea in mind; how about a ‘dogmate’ Twitch emote?
