Andy Murray At Australian Open 2021
The Delray Beach Open was supposed to serve as a warm-up event for the Australian Open, which is scheduled for February. The next question on the minds of the fans will naturally be if Murray will play in Melbourne?
The British star hasn’t revealed his decision regarding this, but it is likely that he will choose to play. The Australian Open is the first Grand Slam of the year and no player would want to miss it. Also, this is a Grand Slam that Andy Murray has never won.
Over the course of his career, the former World No. 1 has reached five finals at the event and he wants to finally win it. It will definitely be tough, as he is yet to play his best tennis after recovering from a hip injury. However, one can never rule out a three-time Grand Slam Champion from making a successful comeback. Good Luck Andy!
