Andy Roddick might be one of the lucky few who get a job during the quarantine period. The former US Open champion has urged Tennis Channel to provide him with a job for the isolation period.

In fact, Roddick went as far as saying that he can work in whatever capacity possible. He is so desperate that he is ready to intern for the organization. The fans went berserk as soon as Roddick announced his intentions.

Interestingly enough, American tennis legend and Tennis Channel veteran Lindsay Davenport joined in the fun. She urged the network to hire Roddick as soon as possible. To put the cherry on the cake, Tennis Channel responded by saying that they indeed have a vacancy. Just like that, Roddick landed an interview for tomorrow afternoon!

The American tennis star was desperate with boredom. Honestly, that’s a feeling that’s gripping all of us at this moment. He went on to tweet –

Davenport was very thrilled with the prospects of Roddick joining the Tennis Channel stable. She urged her employers to complete the process as soon as possible.

@TennisChannel! In fact why don’t you start tomorrow. . . I know nothing… You know that. We need to hear from you.”

Tennis Channel confirmed that they were indeed granting Andy Roddick an interview.

“Hey Andy, 

We’d be thrilled for you to audition tomorrow.
