Earth eggs work similarly to the fossils in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. They are hidden beneath the surface, and you should look for a ‘Star’ or an ‘X’ pattern on the ground to find them. Use your shovel tool to dig these signs and get the Earth Egg.

Leaf Eggs are present in fruitless trees. As soon as you spot these items, unequip all the tools and shake the tree with bare hands. There is a maximum of three separate trees with nine Leaf Eggs each that will spawn on your island daily.

Sky Eggs for Bunny Day float around the island. They are easily distinguishable from normal floating presents, thanks to the Egg-themed balloon design. Equip the Slingshot tool and shoot the Egg balloon that either transforms into a Bunny Day DIY crafting recipe, or a Sky Egg.

It is worth noting that the Sky Egg balloons do not spawn when you’re playing online with friends or other players.

As the name suggests, Stone Eggs are hidden inside rocks. When you beat them with your ax or a shovel, there’s a chance of 0-8 Stone Eggs falling out. Apparently, the rocks on mystery island have a higher rate of dropping these eggs.

You can catch Water Eggs while randomly fishing. As per Animal Crossing World, medium-sized shadows of fishes in the water have a higher chance of turning out to be a Water Egg.

Lastly, there are the Wood Eggs. When you hit a tree with axes, there’s a possibility that it will drop 0-3 Wood Eggs. The drop rates are completely random, but the Coconut trees seem to boast a better chance of handing out Wood Eggs.

There’s a wide range of Easter-themed items you can receive till the end of Bunny Day event in 2021. These are further divided into three categories, including furniture and clothing. It is safe to assume that the Bunny Day event will a huge hit in 2021, thanks to the improvements introduced by Nintendo.
