Arsenal to boost up strike with Benzema.

The French ace, Karim Benzema has been a long-term target for Arsene Wenger and now reports say that Arsenal are making an ambitious summer move for his services, with a £35 million bid lined up. The ace striker also seems unsettled with the life in Madrid. Arsenal are understood to let go Olivier Giroud to make room for Benzema. On the other hand, the French champions, Paris Saint-Germain are closely monitoring the 28 yrs old’s situation.
Benzema has scored 22 goals in 46 appearences this season but has failed to impress quite a lot of Madrid fans. Arsenal are in need of a consistent goalscorer with Danny Welbeck as both Theo Walcott and Yaya Sanogo have failed to provide a regular goal threat.
Benzema would be looking for wages of about £220,000 a week to join.
