Arsenal may be in a purple patch at the moment, but are they really doing that well? A new stat emerging online has proved that, yes, they actually are.

Thanks to the rampant Olivier Giroud, the club have picked up an impressive 2.50 points per game, besting their Premier League title and Champions League rivals Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool in the process.

Barca’s own renaissance has seen them notch up 2.57 points per game, while Italian giants Juventus sit behind Arsene Wenger’s men with 2.38 per game.

The remaining two sides to make up the top five come from the Bundesliga with Borussia Monchengladbach picking up a very respectable 2.30 points per clash of clans game, and they are tied with Wolfsburg.
