According to Farrell Frankel, Hergel must consume a staggering 5,000 to 6,000 calories every single day to maintain his weight. 

His day begins at 6:00 am with a pre-workout meal that sets the tone for his training sessions. This includes a combination of overnight oats and a satisfying breakfast sandwich. Ensuring he has enough energy to power through his rigorous workouts.

By the time 1:00 pm rolls around, Hergel is ready for a substantial lunch. His midday meal consists of a combination of tacos and tortellini, ensuring he gets a mix of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.
