American sprinting star Trayvon Bromell started his track and field journey back in 2013 while in high school. Trayvon entered the Tokyo Olympics 2020, as one of the medal favorites from America. Bromell had stunned the world by recording the best time of 2021 of 9.77 seconds at the Olympics trials.
However, Bromell faced huge disappointment at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. While he might not have the best average this season, Trayvon is the world leader in 2021 with the fastest time.

Trayvon had a rough year at the Olympics and Diamond League Athletics meet, but Bromell is still the world’s fastest man in 2021. At the Olympics trials for team USA, Bromell won the race defeating now Olympic champion Fred Kerley. Bromell clocked 2021’s fastest time at 9.77 seconds, and no one has been able to break it this season until he himself did.

At the Kip Keino Classic, Bromell clocked the terrific time of 9.76 seconds in the 100m event. While he again became the world’s fastest man in 2021, Bromell won the hearts by a sweet gesture to a fan after the race. A fan was holding a banner in the audience that said, “Trayvon Bromell Kindly Give Me Your Spike.” American sprinter did not think twice and gave the excited fan his spikes.
Later on, Bromell posted a tweet explaining the reason behind his gesture. Apparently, before becoming a champion, Trayvon had decided to always be humble to his fans.
Explaining the reason, he wrote, “Growing up, me and my coach was at a meet and ask one of track and fields previous WRH for an autograph. He looked at us and kept it moving. I made a promise to never do that. I never forgot that moment. ”

The American sprinting star had an amazing start to the year by winning the race at the Olympic trials. However, he faced disappointment at Tokyo Olympics 2020, as he could not even make it to the cut for the finals.
After Olympics, Trayvon again faced a setback at the Diamond Leagues meet 2021, where he could not win any race. Despite the lows, he did not lose hope and kept going. And he finally achieved his victory at the end of the season.

At the Kip Keino Classic, Trayvon won the race defeating American legend Justin Gatlin. Bromell bettered his own personal best and the world’s fastest time of 2021 by clocking the time of 9.76 seconds. Not only did he end the season becoming the world’s fastest man in 2021 again, he is also the world’s sixth-fastest man of all time now.
