With the 2021 Halle Open underway, Felix Auger-Aliassime will face off against Hubert Hurkacz in the opening round of the ATP 500 event. The beautiful lawns of Halle are one of the pit stops leading up to the Wimbledon Championships, starting at the end of the month.
The 20-year-old Auger-Aliassime started off his grass-court season on an incredible note, finishing as the runner-up at the Stuttgart Open.
On the other side, Hurkacz suffered a second-round loss at the Stuttgart Open, losing to Dominic Stricker in watertight two sets. However, the Polish tennis player has won two titles this year including his first-ever ATP Masters 1000 trophy at the Miami Open.

Auger-Aliassime vs Hubert Hurkacz prediction
Having defeated the likes of Lloyd Harris, Ugo Humbert, and Sam Querrey last week, Auger-Aliassime is in imperious form and high on confidence. But the Canadian has been struggling mentally to win in the finals, having tasted defeat in all his eight finals appearances.

While Hurkacz had success during the opening three months of the season, he has struggled during the entire clay-court swing. However, the 6ft 5 inches tall player possesses a monstrous service which is even more lethal on the grass court. Last week at Stuttgart, he hammered down 11 aces, a number he would want to increase to enhance his winning odds.
