In a recent interview with ESPN.com, the American tennis star opened up about his dominant victory in the U.S. Men’s Clay Court Championships. Before the start of the ATP Houston, the current world No. 11 player witnessed the NBA clash between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Houston Rockets. After the game, Frances Tiafoe even got to meet and converse with the Lakers star, LeBron James.
Speaking about his meeting with the 38-year-old basketball player, Tiafoe revealed that it wasn’t the first time when he crossed paths with him. However, he still often finds himself intimidated while conversing with the NBA legend. He said, “Why am I so damp?’ and I guess it’s because I was just so f—ing nervous. “

He said, “When you watch him play, and you see what he’s been able to do — it’s his 20th year in the league — and how he plays at such a high level, and then he says to you that he’s following what you’re doing, after that, it’s just like, ‘Man, let me go and have a good week.'”
